Return Process

  Log into your Gunpla Style account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from wear and tear.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track
